Board Meeting Requirements for OPC

According to Section 173 of the Companies Act 2013, a One-Person Company (OPC) is required to hold at least 1 meeting of the Board of Directors in each half of a calendar year and the gap between 2 meetings shall be not less than 90 days. must conduct at least one Board meeting annually.
